Every hotel group and every larger company has its own vision when it comes to personnel communication. And that is exactly what I have and I offer! I live the vision: YOU ARE PART OF IT. Well, what does that mean exactly? How is it implemented?<\/p>\n

The answer in brief: I not only include my own thoughts and ideas in concepts and plans, but I also take into account the opinions, suggestions, and feedback of others. This is not only related to executives and managers but also applies to suppliers, partners, friends, and the entire team.<\/p>\n

Teamwork is the top priority in every sport. Let's take a look at football, for example, the Champions League is not played and won by a single person but represented by a whole team. The team that best implements the service, wins. This is the same in the hotel and catering industry. We always work in a team, in every department, every day, around the clock. It just goes hand in hand. Even if there are daily challenges such as front office, reservation or housekeeping, technology, and kitchen service. Through my vision, \u201cYOU ARE PART OF IT\u201d, not only are executives and employees involved but also suppliers, partners, and friends. \"YOU ARE PART OF IT\" gives the word \u2018team\u2019 a whole new meaning.
